When I arrived I was told that it was too soon for the yearly appointment. I had had a letter telling me I was due for an eye test so booked. Was told by the Optometrist not to go by the letter and go by Boots records. I was a little upset as it is a 40 mile round trip for me to get to Ashford. He agreed to see me and hoped that the NHS would not charge me for coming in too early. Not impressed by my visit, but was very happy with the care of other staff members to make sure my glasses fitted properly. Thank you.
